The festival is open from 6 pm – 11 pm every night (closed July 4th).
Timed tickets are required for entry on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
You may enter 15 minutes prior to the time on your ticket or any time after.
Once inside, you may stay to enjoy the festival for as long as you like.
There is NO RE-ENTRY, so please plan parking accordingly.
Tickets are not valid after the close of the festival that day.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
HPI retains the right to cancel, postpone, close attractions at any time. In the event of inclement weather every effort will be made to ensure operations upon the return of safe operating conditions. In the event of a complete cancellation, rain checks will be issued with proof of purchase.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We do understand occasionally circumstances come up after purchasing tickets to an event in the future. We are happy to reschedule your tickets provided it is at least 48 hours in advance of your ticket date. You may reschedule your ticket only once. Community/Special Event Night tickets can only be rescheduled to another evening of the same event – they cannot be rescheduled to a general admission night.
Email reschedule@historicphiladelphia.org with your order number and date which you wish to reschedule to. If you are rescheduling to a Friday or Saturday, you must specify an arrival time.
Once we have processed the request, we will send a new ticket to the same email address it was originally purchased under. Your prior ticket will become void. No phone calls, please.
